John Manganello
John Manganello is the Principal Broker and Owner of Conley Real Estate, LLC. Since its founding in 2010 as an investment and development firm, John has grown the company into a comprehensive, full-service brokerage specializing in residential, commercial, and land sales.
In addition to his brokerage work, John serves as President of Land Development Consultants, Inc. In this role, he leads a multidisciplinary team of engineers and surveyors to deliver site plans, feasibility studies, and land planning for diverse projects across Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C.
With over 25 years of industry experience, John offers a unique perspective that blends real estate brokerage with technical engineering expertise. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in both Virginia and Maryland.
